Unsafe Query

Validation

Verification that a field’s value doesn’t violate any constrains defined for it by the database.

Value

The computer representation of a fact about an entity.

View

A database component that behaves exactly like a table but has no independent existence of its own; a virtual table.

Virtual Table

Synonymous with view.

Walk-Sequence

Mail sorted by the mailer according to the sequence followed by a mail carrier on his delivery route; also called delivery sequence. To qualify for postage discounts, the mailer must use the delivery sequence file or another file approved by the U.S. Postal Service. This type of sorting reduces mail-handling time and speeds delivery while offering the best postage discount.
